Designs and leads enterprise AI solutions across commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations functions. Responsibilities include AI architecture, forecasting, optimization, data governance, Azure and Microsoft ecosystem integration, SAP connectivity, MLOps, analytics, adoption, and change management. The role drives revenue growth, supply chain efficiency, predictive decision-making, and scalable AI transformation across the organization.

Designs, develops, and maintains automated UI, API, and integration test suites and scalable QA frameworks. Integrates testing into CI/CD pipelines and applies AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot to accelerate test creation and reduce flaky tests. Collaborates with developers and product teams in Agile environments. The role may also involve web, mobile, cloud, BDD, performance, and security testing.

Provides technical support for customers using IoT devices through email and Microsoft Teams. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, delivering technical guidance, escalating complex problems, managing support tickets, maintaining records, and coordinating with sales and service stakeholders. The role also supports digital innovation projects and new digital offerings.
