Designs user-centric interfaces and experiences by creating wireframes, prototypes, style guides, storyboards, and user flows. Collaborates with developers, UX designers, copywriters, and agile teams; presents and defends design decisions; applies visual design principles; and stays current with industry standards. Requires a strong portfolio, UX software expertise, basic front-end knowledge, and an openness to feedback.

Works with sales, marketing, and technology teams to develop and present technical solutions to customers. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing systems, preparing RFI/RFP responses, delivering customer and partner training, supporting demos and pilots, assisting sales qualification and closure, maintaining technical account plans, and resolving presales issues. The role also supports regional revenue generation, product installations, corporate visits, and ongoing product expertise development.

Develop and maintain reliable .NET applications throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include translating use cases into applications, writing C# and .NET code, refactoring MVC systems into API-driven solutions, integrating SQL Server and other data stores, creating database schemas, writing unit tests, and resolving performance issues and defects.
