Supports pricing and contract management activities, including customer price communications, offer letters, price and NDC changes, product launches, pricing and contract audits, chargebacks, rebates, and fees. Performs routine analytical work using established procedures, intermediate Excel skills, and pricing process knowledge while contributing to limited-scope process improvement initiatives.

Develops and delivers Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Apttus CLM solutions. Responsibilities include designing applications, configuring Salesforce, writing Apex code, automating processes, reviewing deliverables, participating in the full software development lifecycle, and collaborating with global business and IT teams. The role also involves integrations, RESTful services, frontend technologies, testing, Agile practices, and supporting scalable, reliable solutions.

Develops and applies data analytics and business process knowledge to identify, analyze, and communicate actionable insights that support business decisions and competitive opportunities. The role contributes to reporting and business intelligence solutions, works on moderately complex projects, resolves technical problems, and applies judgment to deliver accurate analytical results.
