Leads quality assurance and knowledge management governance, audits, performance analytics, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement. Oversees knowledge accuracy, utilization, lifecycle management, and operational readiness. Coaches Quality and Knowledge Management teams, partners cross-functionally on capability development, and provides executive reporting and strategic recommendations. Accountable for quality, knowledge, workforce capability, stakeholder satisfaction, and team performance KPIs.

Sources, leads, and screens candidates across the organization; builds talent pools, conducts competency-based assessments, supports positive candidate experiences, and maintains accurate recruitment records and reports. The role requires recruiting and talent acquisition experience and handles moderately complex projects with general guidance.

Support revenue and pricing strategy through modeling, analytics, and econometrics. Assist in setting deal and product pricing, create standard offers, and capture value. Perform routine analytical tasks and process improvements under supervision, working on limited-scope projects and following established procedures.
