Own the Market Data product roadmap, prioritizing problems, features, scope, requirements, data coverage, vendors, and quality standards. Collaborate with engineering, analysts, testing, sales, support, and clients to deliver data platform capabilities. Identify coverage gaps, validate lead times, assess commercial impact, document modules, explain platform behavior, support issue resolution, and translate client challenges into future product opportunities.

The Business Analyst translates client and business requirements into detailed technical and functional specifications for Cassini’s derivatives analytics platform. Responsibilities include creating Jira requirements and acceptance criteria, documenting workflows, prototyping calculators and wireframes, supporting QA validation, researching margin and collateral models, testing APIs and UI functionality, and producing user documentation. The role requires financial services experience with derivatives, initial margin, collateral workflows, and strong collaboration across product, development, QA, delivery, and support teams.

Provide hands-on production support: diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, manage SLA-driven tickets, triage incidents, liaise with clients and engineering teams, monitor systems, track bugs to resolution, and create client-facing documentation and support processes.
