Supports the Engineering Operations team by managing contractor extension processes, coordinating with People and Culture, Finance, PMO, Engineering, and Procurement, tracking JIRA tickets and service-level turnaround times, and maintaining operational trackers. The intern will also contribute to non-manpower cost savings, develop vendor playbooks, and lead an AI or reporting initiative to improve contractor and procurement workflows.

Build and support scalable batch and streaming data pipelines, cloud-native data platforms, data lakes, warehouses, and real-time processing systems. Own data initiatives from solution design through deployment, monitoring, performance tuning, and production support. Develop ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and integration frameworks while collaborating with product, analytics, platform, and DevOps teams. Troubleshoot production issues, improve reliability, and contribute to documentation and engineering best practices.

Manage end-to-end telecom billing and payment operations, including billing cycles, collections, adjustments, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, notifications, and debt recovery. Investigate production issues, execute operational procedures, support testing and releases, publish operational reports, and drive process improvements. Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Finance, Customer Operations, and external partners while participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
