The role validates court records, dispositions, identifiers, reportability decisions, and audit trails while driving accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement across the quality team.

Verify document authenticity and completeness, update internal systems, meet SLAs, escalate exceptions, perform quality checks, and maintain data privacy and compliance while working non-voice, back-office shifts.
