Leads modernization of global trade platforms by defining architecture strategy, transforming legacy systems into resilient microservices, and managing multiple technology teams. Oversees application design, development, regulatory changes, disaster recovery, risk controls, budgeting, staffing, and senior-management reporting. Requires deep Java and modern web technology expertise, financial product knowledge, and extensive leadership experience.

Develop, enhance, test, debug, and implement business applications in coordination with technology teams. Analyze system issues, recommend solutions, write code and scripts, and support application development using Java, Selenium, UFT, Zephyr, Bitbucket, REST APIs, and microservices. Apply banking domain knowledge, software development methodologies, risk controls, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Maintains credit-system data, monitors credit exposure, evaluates creditworthiness, and supports credit deaccessioning using bureau reports, financial statements, trade references, guarantees, and bank references. Handles inbound client interactions, queue work, issue resolution, policy compliance, audits, quality controls, and risk escalation while supporting client experience and cross-training.
