The Associate Content Ingestion Analyst assists in acquiring and validating Intellectual Property Data for product databases, participates in quality control, and resolves data entry issues.

Selects, analyzes, interprets, and summarizes life sciences research for Web of Science specialty collections. Curates biology-related data from research articles according to editorial policies, meets weekly production and quality targets, follows publishing schedules, and maintains current scientific knowledge. Requires postgraduate life sciences education, scientific analytical skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and content analysis experience.

Curate and standardize patent bibliographic data, correct records, and create patent families according to editorial policies. The role requires meeting production and quality targets, tracking performance, maintaining consistent deliverable quality, and staying current with relevant technology domains. Candidates should have a degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related field, strong English communication skills, computer literacy, and preferably knowledge of patents and patent searching.

Manage customer entitlements for Clarivate web products by handling trials, new business setups, renewals, order fulfillment, and product access. Resolve customer and stakeholder queries through Salesforce CRM, coordinate with account management and internal teams, support order-to-cash processes, and follow pricing, contract, audit, and compliance requirements. The role works rotational shifts covering APAC, EMEA, and US hours.

Analyze polymer patents to extract novel scientific information and index/categorize polymer data using DWPI codes. Curate details such as monomers, catalysts, additives, processes, operations, and applications. Maintain quality standards, meet production targets, and stay current on polymer and chemistry developments while collaborating within the IP Indexing team.

Validate and remediate quote, contract, and subscription order data to ensure accurate revenue recognition and invoicing. Support new business, renewals, change requests, and end-user inquiries. Manage cases and workflows, collaborate with sales and global teams to reduce rework and overdue renewals, enforce sales order policy, troubleshoot quote and contract issues, and drive performance based on metrics while contributing to continuous improvement and professional development.

Curate and index biological (nucleic acid and amino acid) sequences from patent documents, including sequences in PDFs/TIFFs. Create records for claimed/mutated sequences, meet weekly production and quality targets, and follow editorial policies and safety practices.
