Manage customer entitlements for Clarivate’s web-based products by supporting trials, new business setups, renewals, order fulfillment, and access delivery. Handle stakeholder and customer queries through Salesforce CRM, coordinate with order management and billing teams, apply pricing and contract policies, and follow audit and compliance controls. The role operates on rotational shifts supporting APAC, EMEA, and US customers.

Acquire, validate, ingest, and deliver publisher content through web, FTP, API, email, and automated DAF workflows. Monitor ingestion processes, resolve data issues, perform quality checks, support publisher onboarding, track exceptions, and collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams. Contribute to workflow optimization and automation initiatives using AI-powered tools and content-processing technologies.

Curate and correct researcher profiles, authorship records, affiliations, publication metadata, and journal information for Web of Science. Validate AI-suggested authorship matches, investigate customer profile issues, apply editorial policies, perform research and metadata corrections, and maintain quality and productivity standards.

Selects, analyzes, interprets, and summarizes life sciences research for Web of Science specialty collections. Curates biology-related data from research articles according to editorial policies, meets weekly production and quality targets, follows publishing schedules, and maintains current scientific knowledge. Requires postgraduate life sciences education, scientific analytical skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and content analysis experience.

Curate and standardize patent bibliographic data, correct records, and create patent families according to editorial policies. The role requires meeting production and quality targets, tracking performance, maintaining consistent deliverable quality, and staying current with relevant technology domains. Candidates should have a degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related field, strong English communication skills, computer literacy, and preferably knowledge of patents and patent searching.
