Review content sources, monitor ingestion workflows, resolve data issues, perform quality checks against source data, and support publisher onboarding and content delivery. Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to resolve content-related issues and improve workflow efficiency using AI-powered tools.

Curate and correct researcher profiles, authorship records, affiliations, publication metadata, and journal information for Web of Science. Validate AI-suggested authorship matches, investigate customer profile issues, apply editorial policies, perform research and metadata corrections, and maintain quality and productivity standards.

Selects, analyzes, interprets, and summarizes life sciences research for Web of Science specialty collections. Curates biology-related data from research articles according to editorial policies, meets weekly production and quality targets, follows publishing schedules, and maintains current scientific knowledge. Requires postgraduate life sciences education, scientific analytical skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and content analysis experience.
