The Associate Content Ingestion Analyst supports data acquisition and transformation, ensuring accurate content ingestion, validation, and analysis of XML data.

Review and validate sales orders to ensure accurate quotes, contracts, subscriptions, and invoicing. Partner with sales, manage Salesforce cases, resolve order queries, drive process improvements, and support revenue recognition and timely payments.

Maintain and curate a global CMC regulatory database, monitor regulatory updates, translate changes into structured standardized content, perform quality checks and validations, support internal stakeholders and customer queries, and contribute to continuous improvement and content preparation under defined editorial standards and workflows.
