Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, write scalable code, troubleshoot existing applications, implement security and data protection, and optimize application performance and responsiveness. The role also involves working with front-end technologies, databases, RESTful APIs, version control, and current software development practices.

Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat and internet. Provide product/service support, resolve routine and complex queries, document interactions, escalate when needed, and help improve customer satisfaction. May include content moderation of explicit material for some roles.

Produces and distributes daily, ad hoc, trending, and summary reports. Analyzes reporting data, responds to client inquiries, consults with business leaders, develops and maintains reporting processes, and improves reports using new data sources. Coordinates with project managers, verifies electronic reports, manages production schedules, and supports reporting solutions aligned with customer business goals.
