Provides technical support for LAN/WAN connectivity, hardware, software, access systems, printers, tablets, and other peripherals. Troubleshoots user and system issues, supports property management applications, configures and maintains devices, documents incidents in ticketing systems, and escalates complex problems. Delivers remote and phone-based assistance while following IT service management procedures and maintaining strong customer service.

Prepare financial statements, journal entries, general ledger and bank reconciliations, month-end accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, revenue accruals, and financial reporting. Perform journal and reconciliation quality checks, month-end close and finalization, account and cost-center master maintenance, consolidation, and audit support. The role requires US accounting experience and independent workload management.

Manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay workflow by validating purchase requisitions, creating purchase orders, supporting RFQs and vendor negotiations, tracking deliveries, and handling order exceptions. Lead and mentor junior buyers, maintain purchase order data quality, monitor procurement KPIs and SLAs, control backlogs, and produce operational reports while ensuring procurement compliance.
