Handles mortgage payoff statements, closing funds, lien releases, escrow closures, daily cash reconciliations, ledger audits, journal entries, and resolution of payoff discrepancies. Partners with title companies, escrow officers, accounting teams, and internal stakeholders to secure balances, return excess funds, maintain transaction accuracy, and support clear title transfers. Requires mortgage servicing or real estate closing experience, advanced Excel skills, mortgage systems knowledge, strong mathematical ability, and excellent communication.

Process end-to-end mortgage investor claims for FHA/CWCOT, VA, GSE, modification, and supplemental programs. Review servicing, foreclosure, property, and payment documentation; calculate claim amounts, expenses, credits, debits, interest, and advances; submit claims within required timelines; resolve denials and discrepancies; manage appeals and reconsiderations; maintain audit trails; coordinate with internal teams; and support quality control and process improvement.

Lead end-to-end accounts payable operations, including vendor master maintenance, invoice processing, payment cycles, reconciliations, month-end close, 1099 support, expense compliance, and query resolution. Monitor team tickets, escalate and resolve issues, coordinate approvals, manage vendor communications, and support process improvement. The role requires accurate high-volume transaction processing in a shared-services environment, strong stakeholder communication, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
