Design and execute multi-channel digital lead generation campaigns (SEM, social, email, SEO, AI-driven). Automate lead capture and CRM routing, monitor KPIs, optimize performance, and ensure seamless sales handoffs to increase conversion rates.

Develop and manage SEO and PPC strategies to increase visibility, drive traffic, and improve conversions. Duties include keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, creating and optimizing Google/Bing Ads campaigns, analytics monitoring, A/B testing and CRO, landing page optimization, competitive analysis, and regular performance reporting.

Develop, enhance, and maintain back-end systems for the SIS and Contact Management platform using WebSmart on the IBM i. Design, code, optimize, troubleshoot, and document OOP and database solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support upgrades and new feature development.
