Handle global customer inquiries, document and route requests, follow up on logistics transactions, coordinate with operations and shipping teams, and maintain SOP knowledge. Provide sales support and customer service while using TMS/WMS/CRM and MS Office.

Serve as first point of contact for aspiring tech students: conduct one-on-one and group counseling, convert leads to enrollments, assist with onboarding and registration, maintain CRM records, coordinate with training and placement teams, and stay current on IT industry trends to guide students.

Build and maintain Azure-based CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC with ARM/Bicep/Terraform, containerize and orchestrate apps on AKS, ensure observability/security, troubleshoot incidents, mentor developers, and document runbooks and pipeline templates.
