Coordinates customer inquiries, logistics and supply chain activities, shipping operations, documentation, and transaction follow-up for international clients. The role supports sales operations, follows global logistics SOPs, and collaborates with international operations and shipping teams. It also develops expertise in cross-border trade, customs processes, and international logistics while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely execution.

Provides L1/L2 technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and basic networking issues. Responds to user queries, documents resolutions, escalates complex problems, and coordinates with internal teams. The role also supports customer communication, inside sales, lead generation, GTM initiatives, and business development. This is an office-based rotational-shift position in Chennai, suitable for freshers or candidates with relevant IT support experience.
