Lead a client-facing corporate secretarial and legal portfolio: manage filings, company incorporations, securities transfers, contract drafting/review, compliance audits, regulatory updates, client proposals, and supervise a small team to ensure timely, documented client communications and deliverables.

Manage corporate secretarial and administrative duties for a portfolio of companies across multiple jurisdictions, including incorporations and liquidations, organizing board meetings, preparing board packs and minutes, statutory filings, maintaining registers, client correspondence, drafting documents, updating trackers, and supporting MIS while ensuring audit-compliant, accurate, and timely deliverables.

Prepare, review, and maintain client bookkeeping and financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Manage bank accounts and payment documents, prepare management accounts, assist with audits and internal controls, handle VAT registration/administration, and proactively manage client queries and stakeholder relationships.
