Manage end-to-end payment processing including SWIFT/MT messages, sanctions screening, clearing, FX payments, liquidity management, and statement handling. Prepare and review payments, ensure accuracy and timely delivery, support client administration, maintain regulatory databases, identify process gaps, and drive process improvements while working in global shifts.

Lead and manage end-to-end Service of Process operations, ensuring compliance, SLA adherence, and high accuracy. Drive process improvements, KPI monitoring, MIS reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and team development. Handle escalations, cross-jurisdictional coordination, and operational governance while maintaining productivity and service quality.

Manage end-to-end fund accounting for Luxembourg real estate fund structures, including NAV calculations, capital accounts, management fees, and real estate transaction recording. Support month/quarter/year-end closes, investor reporting, capital calls, distributions, audits, and regulatory reporting (AIFMD/CSSF). Coordinate with AML/KYC, transfer agency, legal, administrators, auditors, and valuers. Drive process improvements and support system automation.
