Handle escalations, cross-jurisdictional coordination, and operational governance while maintaining productivity and service quality.

Manage company secretarial matters for a client portfolio, oversee junior staff, ensure statutory compliance under Companies Act 2013 and related regulations, prepare resolutions and minutes, maintain statutory registers, liaise with clients and third parties, and advise on regulatory and FEMA/exchange control matters.
