Provides phone and email support to merchants, resellers, and other customers regarding payment processing, billing, funding, transactions, ACH, and PCI compliance. Troubleshoots basic software, password, browser, and settlement issues; routes requests to appropriate departments; researches customer problems; creates escalation tickets; and follows up to resolution. Requires customer service experience, product training, CRM familiarity, and the ability to meet quality and performance standards.

Conduct manual and automated testing of CCS applications, including functional, regression, integration, application, and end-to-end testing. Create test plans, cases, scripts, and data; analyze requirements and results; investigate root causes; track defects; and support release validation. Develop automation using Reqnroll/SpecFlow and contribute to testing improvements through Azure DevOps and Jenkins while collaborating in Agile development teams.

Supports and administers mainframe development tools and critical tooling platforms, ensuring high availability and participating in on-call rotations, upgrades, and migrations. Develops integrations between mainframe and distributed systems using APIs, scripting, DevOps, and CI/CD automation. Evaluates modernization technologies, enables AI-assisted development tools, and streamlines workflows through automation. Requires expertise in mainframe utilities, COBOL, JCL, scripting languages, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Chef.
