Owns cross-business execution for the CEO across CUBE84 and District360, including partner and client interactions, follow-through, vendor coordination, paperwork, internal processes, and US-India team alignment. The role acts as the CEO’s proxy, organizes commitments, resolves ambiguous operational issues, drives recommendations, and closes decisions. Success requires speed, judgment, resilience, financial literacy, and effective use of AI.

Own day-to-day Salesforce org configuration, security model, data quality, migrations, release management, client requirements gathering, junior admin mentorship, and documentation across multiple clouds.

Lead end-to-end content strategy and build an AI-first production process. Manage a small team, run editorial calendars across channels, repurpose events and conversations into multi-format content, track SEO and performance, and present results to stakeholders.
