Provides administrative support for customer order management, including order entry, parts allocation, export and shipping documentation, data maintenance, cleansing, customer setup, credit and debit administration, and internal reporting. Works under supervision to ensure accurate and timely order processing, maintain system data quality, support order lifecycle activities, and identify process improvements. Requires basic Microsoft Office skills, communication abilities, and preferably exposure to order management, customer service, supply chain, or ERP systems.

Develops, tests, configures, and supports Connected Factories and Industrial IoT applications across global manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, deployment, system validation, data-quality checks, performance monitoring, secure coding, issue resolution, stakeholder collaboration, documentation, and user training. The role requires expertise in Ignition 8.1, SQL, Python, manufacturing connectivity protocols, IT networks, and digital manufacturing environments.

Operates manual and automated manufacturing equipment, performs quality inspections, manages tooling and inventory, maintains production standards, and supports machine care and continuous improvement. The role requires knowledge of CNC tooling, cutting tools, tool setting, measurement techniques, ERP or inventory systems, and workplace organization. It also involves identifying nonconforming materials, meeting production goals, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with production, skilled trades, and support teams.
