Generate and qualify outbound leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, cold email, and other channels. Manages client-facing digital marketing projects and leads a remote team of marketing virtual assistants. Develops and executes SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid advertising campaigns; manages WordPress websites; analyzes KPIs and performance data; prepares client reports; oversees deliverables; supports onboarding and proposals; handles escalations; and mentors team members while aligning strategies with client business goals.

Manage global client accounts, resolve escalations, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, maintain freelancing-platform reviews, and drive client retention. Gather requirements, coordinate with internal teams, analyze client trends, and take ownership of outcomes. The role requires strong English communication, CRM and payment-processing familiarity, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients across time zones.
