Manage fire and safety, physical security, parking, housekeeping, and landscaping operations for a property. Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor and contract management, inspections, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, staff scheduling and training, equipment maintenance, risk assessments, crisis management, and maintaining operational records. The role also oversees service quality, vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, and customer experience standards.

Oversee MEP design reviews, statutory approvals, multidisciplinary coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, shop drawings, handover documentation, contractor guidance, project timelines, billing support, change management, and closeout reporting. Provide technical coordination across civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works while training handover teams and ensuring compliance with approval conditions.

Support property valuation through site inspections, data collection, photography, measurements, and document gathering. Assist senior valuers with valuation reports, market research, and logistics coordination. Liaise with owners, brokers, and authorities, maintain inspection records, ensure compliance with standards, and travel frequently for fieldwork.
