Manages planning and reporting for investor-led construction projects, including baseline schedules, progress tracking, procurement coordination, resource planning, cost and schedule variance analysis, change control, and MIS dashboards. Coordinates clients, consultants, contractors, design, procurement, and site teams to maintain project alignment and mitigate delays. Supports management reviews and ensures delivery within scope, budget, and contractual milestones.

Conduct field surveys and broker interactions, research Indian real estate markets and asset classes, and maintain databases of projects, developers, and investors. Research topics include luxury real estate, AIFs, warehousing, infrastructure, senior living, retail, and sector trends. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills in a fast-paced environment.

Prepare construction cost estimates, BOQs, quantity and rate analyses for interior, retail, civil, MEP, and finishing works. Conduct site visits, monitor progress, certify completed work bills, review safety and quality compliance, validate vendor designs, and coordinate with consultants and project teams to ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables.
