Designs and develops heavy-duty commercial vehicle frame attachments, including underrun protection devices, tow hooks, brackets, and safety components. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, structural and fatigue assessment, regulatory compliance, manufacturability and cost optimization, platform standardization, validation, homologation support, production launch, and field-failure resolution. Requires collaboration with global engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, purchasing, testing, and homologation teams.
