As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will assist senior staff, conduct research, analyze data, and maintain professional relationships while adhering to safety regulations.

Provides SAP PP support, AMS, change requests, and IT support for plant operations. Gathers business requirements, documents processes, creates functional specifications, configures and implements SAP solutions, and supports integrations using IDocs, APIs, RFC, and CIF. Works with manufacturing master data, discrete manufacturing, MRP, production planning, shop floor execution, WRICEF objects, and advanced planning tools such as SAP IBP and Anaplan. Participates in rollout and implementation projects.

Supports SAP Materials Management for internal D2S systems at a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include AMS support, change requests, business discussions, requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, functional specifications, configuration, testing, implementation, SAP integrations, and WRICEF development. The role requires extensive core SAP MM experience, rollout and implementation experience, and preferably S/4HANA, Warehouse Management, and automotive manufacturing expertise.

Define, optimize, and govern project management processes, methods, and tools for Product Engineering. Map processes, analyze performance, implement improvements, train stakeholders, audit adherence, report to senior management, and provide technical project management expertise for engineering projects in the commercial vehicle/automotive OEM domain.

Responsible for cabin cost engineering focused on stamping and plastics: perform cost estimates, analyze component costs, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and support design-for-manufacturing. Collaborate with suppliers, design, and manufacturing teams to meet cost targets and program timelines. Provide costing input for sourcing and product development decisions.

Lead axle design and test team to develop and execute validation programs for axle aggregates and components. Plan and run bench tests, correlate CAE/RLDA/bench results, perform failure and root-cause analysis, apply measurement and statistical methods to ensure reliability, and manage cross-functional international projects and suppliers.

The Data Engineer role involves data management, system design, and collaboration with teams to implement effective data solutions.

Develop and implement a Total Quality Management (TQM) strategy in R&D, focusing on process improvement, culture initiatives, training, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead product planning and strategy for trucks: propose and evaluate new products and propulsion options, build business cases, define project timelines, run cross-functional programs, maintain project documentation and dashboards, report to top management, monitor market trends and competitor technology, mentor team members, and optimize product planning processes.
