Lead and sustain Integrated Management System certifications, including ISO 50001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Define and optimize project management processes, methods, and tools within Product Engineering. Use digital and AI tools to improve efficiency, conduct audits, and ensure process adoption. Leads design and development of cabin suspension and mounting systems for commercial or passenger vehicles. Creates component and assembly concepts, requirements, drawings, and documentation; coordinates suppliers and cross-functional teams; manages development projects, testing, validation, release decisions, and design issue resolution. Uses UG NX, GD&T, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, DVP, manufacturing-process knowledge, and cost-reduction methods while ensuring regulatory, quality, cost, and timeline targets.
