Drive New-to-Bank SME client acquisition to grow liabilities (operating accounts, term deposits, transaction banking). Prospect via cold calling, networks and partners, manage partner relationships, deliver excellent client service, advise on SME banking solutions, originate CMS/Trade/FX transactions, and ensure compliant onboarding and sales execution.

Acquire and manage a diversified SME (IBG4) portfolio, source new-to-bank asset relationships, cross-sell products (trade, cash, treasury), drive revenue and NII, ensure timely sanction/disbursement, perform due diligence and KYC/AML compliance, monitor portfolio to maintain low delinquencies, and engage local stakeholders.

Perform KYC, CDD, and EDD for SME and Institutional Banking clients; assess customer risk using financials and ownership structures; investigate and escalate AML/sanctions issues; maintain accurate records; support onboarding, periodic reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance (FATCA, CRS); collaborate with RM, Compliance, Legal and Operations to resolve KYC matters and improve processes.

Manage and standardize technical property valuation reports, verify report quality, oversee vendor empanelment and performance, maintain MIS and TAT tracking, support collections and fraud-prevention processes, advise business/credit/policy teams, and coordinate collateral system enhancements.

Lead Asia credit trading focused on market making and franchise flow, actively manage risk and express market views, generate trade ideas for institutional and wealth clients, provide market commentary, grow the franchise, and partner with primary markets.

Lead and grow a regional institutional sales team for DBS Digital Exchange, driving revenue, onboarding institutional clients, managing liquidity and P&L, cross-selling digital asset products (trading, custody, derivatives, security tokens), providing market intelligence, and building a sustainable regional institutional client base.

Design, build, and maintain real-time, secure distributed systems and observability UIs/APIs. Implement CI/CD, containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift), integrate observability stack (Elasticsearch/Logstash/Grafana), and apply secure coding and API security standards to ensure reliability, performance, and incident automation. Collaborate in Agile teams and explore AI to improve resiliency.
