Provides operational support for TV media campaign delivery, including campaign setup, traffic, launch, optimization, timeline coordination, budgeting, billing, invoice reconciliation, supplier discrepancy resolution, client reporting, audit support, and continuous process improvement.

This role sets the strategic direction for the Data & Analytics team, manages operations and performance, and oversees business intelligence initiatives aligning with market objectives. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing client relationships, and leading teams towards operational excellence.

Lead and manage the offshore Data Engineering team to design, build, and operate the Databricks Lakehouse. Own ingestion, Medallion modeling, Unity Catalog governance, Lakeflow/Delta Live Tables pipelines, data quality, and performance. Drive AI-assisted data development, enforce schema and taxonomy standards, partner with analytics and ad ops teams, and productize reusable data platform components while mentoring engineers and coordinating delivery with onshore leadership.
