Lead design, operate, and improve managed file transfer platforms (IBM Connect:Direct, DataPower, AWS Transfer Family). Ensure high availability, security, compliance, onboarding support, incident response, automation, lifecycle management, disaster recovery, and observability while collaborating with application, infrastructure, security, and external client teams.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will enhance the GTR platform by developing software solutions, ensuring technical requirements are met, and collaborating with peers for continuous improvement. You will participate in Agile processes, support production, and lead the development of RDBMS systems using Snowflake and other technologies.

Lead design and implementation of secure, scalable public cloud solutions using DevSecOps practices. Develop and manage Terraform/TFE infrastructure-as-code, drive cloud networking and landing zone design, support AWS (and Azure) environments, implement CI/CD and automated policy controls, and mentor junior engineers to build cloud engineering capability.
