Leads customer-facing AI transformation initiatives from business discovery through solution architecture and implementation. Designs scalable AI workflows, agents, integrations, and enterprise solutions using DevRev’s platform. Partners with customers, sales, customer success, engineering, and product teams to translate requirements into measurable outcomes. Supports pre-sales, oversees delivery with Applied AI engineers, drives reusable architecture, and ensures performance, security, and compliance. Requires extensive travel for implementations, workshops, and customer engagements.

Develop customer-facing AI agents, integrations, automations, and Knowledge Graph solutions. Connect SaaS and non-SaaS systems using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures; optimize AI performance through prompt engineering and semantic search; analyze data with SQL and dashboards; prototype solutions, lead technical demos, collaborate cross-functionally, and guide customer adoption. The role involves approximately 80% customer engagement, 70–80% hands-on implementation, and up to 80% travel.

Own the architecture, development, and operation of scalable data pipelines, distributed data systems, databases, and data products. Define data quality and reliability standards, optimize data models and SQL workloads, build reusable infrastructure, and establish testing, observability, and deployment practices. Partner with engineering, AI, data science, and product teams to deliver reliable data solutions, influence platform strategy, and mentor engineers.
