Perform manual and automated application security and penetration testing across web, mobile, APIs, microservices and cloud environments. Validate cloud and DevSecOps controls, integrate security into CI/CD (SAST/DAST/SCA), manage vulnerabilities, automate testing, and support compliance (ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR). Assess AI/LLM security risks when present.

Validate and reproduce customer-reported defects, perform functional/regression/integration/smoke/exploratory testing, conduct API and data validation, analyze logs and system behavior, assist root-cause analysis, validate fixes, and collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure release and production quality.

Lead end-to-end functional implementations of Disprz LMS/LXP for large enterprises: run discovery workshops, design learning journeys, competency frameworks, and certification programs; configure solutions, drive adoption and automation, advise CHRO/CLO stakeholders on learning transformation, and manage multiple implementations with Product, Customer Success, and Technical teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Design, develop, document, and maintain scalable software solutions across the full development lifecycle. Analyze requirements, create technical designs, implement code, perform testing, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve systems and operations.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts: respond to queries, track usage and account health, prepare reports and dashboards, coordinate with product/support/delivery, maintain CRM records, and support client onboarding.

Generate, publish, and quality-check AI-created learning content across formats using licensed GenAI tools and LMS. Perform basic multimedia edits (text, image, audio, video), translate content, provide feedback to improve tools, and adopt new techniques to speed production.
