Validate and reproduce customer-reported defects, perform functional, regression, smoke, integration and exploratory testing, conduct API and data validation, analyze logs to isolate root causes, validate fixes prior to release, and collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure production issue resolution.

Lead end-to-end enterprise LMS and LXP implementations: run discovery workshops, design scalable solutions, configure platforms, drive adoption and change management, manage multi-stakeholder projects, advise CXO-level leaders, monitor learning analytics, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of ~25 enterprise SaaS customers as their primary technical advisor. Proactively ensure account health, troubleshoot and resolve complex product and integration issues, manage escalations, coordinate with Engineering/Product, maintain SLAs, produce documentation and RCA, and drive renewal and satisfaction through regular reviews and close cross-functional collaboration.
