Design and develop automated test frameworks and suites for a SaaS product. Conduct exploratory, UI, API, cross-browser, and potentially mobile testing. Collaborate with developers to identify automation opportunities, lead code reviews, mentor the test automation team, report quality metrics, and drive continuous improvements in test coverage, reliability, and release quality.

Supports the creation, publishing, translation, editing, and quality assurance of AI-generated educational content. Uses generative AI and multimedia tools to produce learning experiences, refine text, images, audio, and video, and publish materials in an LMS. Conducts manual accuracy and quality reviews, applies instructional design principles, explores efficiency improvements, monitors emerging AI trends, and provides feedback to improve internal content development tools.

Validate and reproduce customer-reported defects, perform functional/regression/integration/smoke/exploratory testing, conduct API and data validation, analyze logs and system behavior, assist root-cause analysis, validate fixes, and collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure release and production quality.
