Leads DNV India’s training services strategy, portfolio, revenue, budgets, partnerships, market development, and course delivery. Manages and develops training, sales, and operations teams; oversees trainer competence, learning offerings, digital platforms, and collaboration with global stakeholders. Drives business growth through market research, lead generation, key account development, new service launches, and strategic partnerships while ensuring alignment with international management system standards and DNV’s global strategy.

Sell certification and training services to existing and new clients across industries. Responsibilities include nurturing accounts, cross-selling, upselling, achieving territory sales targets, implementing sales plans, developing technical proposals with internal experts, expanding regional revenue, managing stakeholders, and strengthening client and brand relationships in Bangalore and the surrounding territory.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable full-stack software products and platform capabilities. Build C# and .NET backend services, APIs, React interfaces, integrations, and AI-enabled features. Own software from design through production support, modernization, monitoring, and improvement. Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Data and AI, Reliability, and Security teams while contributing to code reviews, technical decisions, DevOps practices, secure development, and mentoring.
