Assists with managing and operating infrastructure services, implementing infrastructure strategies and projects, maintaining system performance and availability, troubleshooting issues, supporting infrastructure design and implementation, improving processes, documenting policies and procedures, and optimizing resource allocation.

Provide application support for Finacle 10.x banking modules, including branch operations, CASA, loans, trade finance, delivery channels, SWIFT, clearing, and payments. Monitor application services and availability, review logs, analyze fatal errors, execute maintenance procedures, manage service-provider incidents, track escalations, update tickets, and follow defined operational checklists. Requires at least one year of banking IT support experience and ITIL 4 Foundation certification.

Designs high-impact graphics, infographics, presentations, covers, and visual stories for client proposals and oral presentations. Collaborates with pursuit, proposal, solution, and brand teams to improve deliverables, ensure brand compliance, and communicate complex information clearly. Supports proposal formatting and production while maintaining creative assets. Applies expertise in composition, typography, color, information design, multimedia, motion graphics, illustration, and web design, and leads improvements to design processes, tools, and techniques.
