As a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist, you will work with teams to deploy voice AI technology, identify customer needs, design integrations, and deliver high-impact solutions while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Build and scale adoption programs for ElevenLabs products (ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative). Deliver enablement, audit customer configurations, track adoption metrics, run regional workshops, partner cross-functionally to drive product time-to-value across a high-volume midmarket/commercial book.

Handle editing and polishing of AI-generated audiobooks, ensuring quality tone, pacing, and alignment with authors. Collaborate in post-production processes.
