Leads the launch of ElevenLabs in India by winning strategic customers, hiring and managing forward-deployed engineering teams, identifying AI use cases, architecting bespoke integrations, building demos, and delivering end-to-end customer projects. The role engages technical and executive stakeholders, guides AI implementation, presents solutions, and partners with Research and Product teams to incorporate market insights into products and models.

Own compensation operations for GTM teams: design scalable processes, administer plans, manage payouts, ensure governance and compliance, build reporting and field support, and partner cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Finance, and Sales.

Own technical account management for enterprise customers deploying conversational AI agents. Advise on agent design, integrations, voice customization, analyze performance, drive expansion and cross-sell across a portfolio to grow net revenue retention.
