Build and manage enterprise accounts in India, generate pipeline, identify new business opportunities, negotiate and close contracts, and drive account expansion. The role targets customer experience, support, and BPO organizations, requiring CXO-level selling, value-based technology sales, onboarding ownership, account farming, industry insight, sales initiatives, KPI tracking, and compelling presentations and demos.

Own new enterprise accounts in Customer Experience and Conversational AI across India: generate pipeline, negotiate and close deals, manage onboarding and expansion, track sales KPIs, and drive go-to-market activities to grow ElevenLabs adoption.

Handle editing and polishing of AI-generated audiobooks, ensuring quality tone, pacing, and alignment with authors. Collaborate in post-production processes.
