Configures Fusion applications using Application Composer and Page Composer while serving as a technical lead for cross-functional stakeholders.

Process accurate, compliant global payroll across multiple countries, with a strong focus on North American payroll. Responsibilities include payroll calculations, validations, reconciliations, disbursements, statutory compliance, reporting, ticket management, vendor coordination, audit documentation, and continuous process improvement. The role partners with HR, Finance, vendors, and cross-border teams while meeting service-level agreements and working night shifts aligned with North American time zones.

Provide functional and configuration support for SAP MDG Material Master in production. Troubleshoot change requests, workflows, approvals, validations, derivations, BRF+ rules, activation, replication, and data-quality issues. Analyze incidents, perform configuration changes, testing, deployments, and root-cause analysis. Prepare functional specifications, maintain documentation, and collaborate with business owners, developers, ABAP, Basis, integration, and S/4HANA teams.
