Drive new business sales across South India for Elsevier Health e-products. Build customer relationships, manage full sales cycle, develop regional marketing plans, analyze market/competitor trends, and support regional strategy to grow health business.

Lead FP&A for multiple Elsevier business units (~$3B sales), manage a team of four, deliver management reporting and analysis, drive budgets, forecasts and quota-setting, own Oracle sales planning application, coordinate BDS reporting cycles, and lead automation/GenAI and continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyze, categorize, collect, verify, and enter large datasets related to academic and government research. Use data mining and modeling to extract insights, validate secondary content, and maintain structured databases and spreadsheets. Collaborate with teams and work in an Agile environment to support external customers and research discovery.
