Leads Quality Assurance Engineering for WLAN, networking, embedded, and IoT products. Owns test strategy, automation, validation, quality metrics, defect investigation, release readiness, customer delivery, escalations, and continuous improvement. Manages and mentors QA, SDET, and automation teams while collaborating with development, product, and customer engineering teams. Requires strong networking expertise, scripting, test automation, customer engagement, delivery management, and people leadership.

Develop and enhance automated testing scripts; create test plans and cases; configure test beds; execute and document functional, integration, regression, performance, interoperability, and system tests; investigate issues through reproduction and debugging with developers; report results, update quality metrics, and improve testing strategies.

Design and develop embedded software features for wireless products and IoT solutions. Build scalable, memory-efficient code using C/C++ and Linux, debug kernel and memory issues, resolve QA and customer defects, and support software releases. Collaborate with chipset and platform vendors, manage technical dependencies, troubleshoot embedded systems, and contribute to continuous improvement and team initiatives.
