Develops customized automation solutions and technical-commercial quotations for customers in industrial markets. Responsibilities include selecting pneumatic and valve components, designing panel and cabinet solutions, preparing BOM-based costing and margins, validating purchase orders, supporting order execution and change orders, maintaining Salesforce opportunities, and conducting solution selling, customer meetings, technical seminars, and competitor analysis.

Manage the end-to-end customer order lifecycle from purchase order through invoicing and shipment. Responsibilities include contract review, export trade compliance, order tracking, customer updates, inventory and customs support, financial documentation review, dispute resolution, and cross-functional coordination. The role also supports continuous improvement, quality procedures, health and safety compliance, and maintaining product and market knowledge.

Own industrial automation sales targets, manage and retain existing customers, develop new business, engage OEMs and distributors, expand market opportunities, and drive solution selling across factory automation products. The role requires customer relationship management, CRM initiatives, competition conversion, cross-business selling, and strong knowledge of Karnataka’s automation, automotive, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage markets.
