Coordinate shipping, warehousing, dispatch and invoicing for MEA PRM customers. Manage shipping documentation, Incoterms, trade compliance coordination, GRN and invoicing timelines, export proofs, inventory reconciliation, and support cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Support sales and key accounts by preparing techno-commercial offers, resolving technical queries, and ensuring post-order documentation compliance. Perform control valve sizing and selection, maintain customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to meet contract and industry standards.

Validate incoming commercial and technical orders against specifications and internal data, ensure option compatibility, create/update product structures and request part setups. Raise internal requisitions, respond to factory queries, coordinate large project orders, act as checker before release, mentor staff, implement process improvements, and assume manager duties when absent.
