As a Business Analyst, you will gather business requirements, create specifications, manage product backlogs, and provide user support for CPQ applications.

Configure and detail customer orders into accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), review sales orders for technical completeness, communicate with sales/R&D/operations, release orders to MEA manufacturing, monitor progress, support change orders, and drive continuous process improvements and reporting.

Lead supplier development and continuous improvement projects, conduct supplier audits and trainings, manage corrective actions (SCAR/NCR), support NPD/pilot runs, monitor supplier metrics (PPM, lead time, OTD), apply Lean/Six Sigma/SPC/FMEA tools, coordinate with Procurement, QA and Engineering, and present project briefings to management. Role includes ~40% travel and world-area supply chain responsibility.
