Provides senior technical leadership for complex distributed infrastructure and private cloud environments. Coordinates OS, virtualization, network, storage, middleware, database, and VDI teams; leads major incident and escalation resolution; drives MTTR, SLA adherence, reliability, and service improvement. The role coaches technical teams, manages client and stakeholder engagement, partners with onshore technical leadership, and provides hands-on expertise across Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and enterprise infrastructure.

Leads production Linux operations across hosted, cloud, and remote infrastructure. Responsibilities include resolving major incidents, performing root-cause analysis, maintaining availability and compliance, developing Ansible and Bash automation, supporting infrastructure as code, managing changes, documenting SOPs and recovery procedures, monitoring systems, mentoring engineers, and communicating with clients and stakeholders during incidents and maintenance.

Serves as the senior technical SME for enterprise Windows infrastructure across on-premises, VMware, and Azure environments. Responsibilities include L3/L4 support, Active Directory administration, server lifecycle management, virtualization, automation, monitoring, patching, security hardening, backup and disaster recovery, incident escalation, root cause analysis, documentation, customer engagement, and mentoring junior engineers in a managed services environment.

Supports Db2 LUW databases for multiple clients, including environment design, installations, upgrades, patching, migrations, troubleshooting, security, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and high-availability management. The role collaborates with clients and global DBA teams, supports projects and 24x7 incidents, develops automation and documentation, resolves complex issues, and mentors junior administrators. Rotating shifts and on-call participation are required.

Designs, implements, supports, upgrades, and optimizes middleware and systems infrastructure using IBM DataPower or IBM MQ. Responsibilities include high-availability configuration, virtualization, storage, data protection, automation, patching, disaster recovery planning, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, capacity reporting, and systems management. The role also mentors technical staff, manages multiple projects, and supports 24/7 rotational operations.

Designs, implements, administers, and optimizes ServiceNow ITOM Event Management solutions. Responsibilities include configuring event and alert rules, integrations, dashboards, correlation and root-cause analysis, Discovery and CMDB relationships, automated remediation workflows, and monitoring performance. The role troubleshoots event-processing issues, supports upgrades and production deployments, collaborates with stakeholders, documents solutions, and advises on ITOM best practices.

Designs, develops, implements, integrates, and supports enterprise Identity and Access Management systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting identities, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions; administering Active Directory, Okta, Azure AD, Office 365, and IAM platforms; developing scripts, audit reports, and reusable IAM frameworks; providing advanced technical support; documenting solutions; and coordinating with clients and vendors.

Develop and enhance commercial applications, primarily DocuSign CLM, GoTransverse, and ServicePath. Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable features, integrations, prototypes, and documentation. Perform comprehensive testing, troubleshoot applications, maintain security, and support enterprise platforms involving billing, CPQ, Salesforce, Workday, and quote-to-cash processes. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams while managing priorities in agile and waterfall environments.

Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure (primarily GCP, some AWS) using Terraform IaC. Manage Kubernetes (GKE/EKS), CI/CD pipelines, automation (Ansible, SaltStack), monitoring (Datadog, Splunk), scripting (Python/Bash), and enforce cloud security and compliance while supporting production and incident response.

Design, build, and support ServiceNow-centric integrations and AWS serverless components. Troubleshoot production integration issues, communicate with clients and teams, participate in agile processes, and maintain integration documentation and runbooks.

Provide CICS system programming support for mainframe clients. Responsibilities include software administration, problem resolution, customer support, and documentation of issues.
