Lead and manage the enterprise monitoring operations team to ensure availability, performance, and reliability of infrastructure and applications. Oversee BMC Helix, OpenShift, Prometheus/Grafana, and Entuity monitoring; manage upgrades, capacity, alerting quality, SOPs, DR tests, incident escalations, ITIL alignment, and stakeholder reporting.

Lead complex client deployments and product engineering. Provide AWS expertise, manage systems, troubleshoot issues, and train new team members. Act as a team leader and technical point of escalation.

Manage and maintain z/OS DB2 and IMS databases including backup/recovery, performance troubleshooting and query tuning, space management, ad-hoc and scheduled maintenance (reorgs, runstats), data loading/restores, and Dev/Test refreshes. Monitor jobs, logs, and unusual activity, provide off-hours/on-call support, and collaborate with application and operations teams. Knowledge of COBOL and third-party DB tools is beneficial.
