Provide 24x7 AMS Level 3 support and development for mission-critical mainframe applications. Troubleshoot P1-P4 incidents, perform RCA, manage DB2/IMS/VSAM, lead COBOL upgrades, implement DevOps on Z CI/CD, enforce quality gates, mentor engineers, and maintain knowledge management for steady-state delivery.

Implement and maintain SRE practices: build and manage IaC and CI/CD, monitoring, troubleshooting and incident leadership, reduce toil, improve change/service processes, manage security risks, engage clients and third parties, and provide 24/7 on-call rotational support.

Work on legacy modernization projects migrating applications to modern platforms using Java or C#. Develop and improve Java/C# libraries, create and run tests, debug and fix issues, coordinate solutions with the team, implement process improvements, and mentor junior colleagues to deliver quality client outcomes on schedule.
