The role requires deep learning experience with scientific or engineering data, strong Python ML libraries, surrogate modeling, and database and retrieval pipeline skills.

Develop optimization algorithms and simulation systems for urban air mobility, including flight planning, network planning, aircraft charging, fleet dispatch, demand modeling, and energy-constrained operations. Build fast, accurate, auditable agent-based and network simulations at production scale, and create sensitivity-analysis tools for evaluating engineering and commercial trade-offs.

Own integrated DevOps and MLOps infrastructure for production AI/ML systems. Build training and retraining pipelines, CI/CD workflows, model versioning, monitoring, rollback, and A/B testing. Manage Kubernetes, containers, service mesh, and hybrid cloud/on-premise infrastructure. Lead on-premise AI deployment and establish governance, qualification, documentation, explainability, robustness testing, and regulatory compliance processes for safety-critical machine learning capabilities.

Leads eVTOL prototype manufacturing, process development, tooling, and full-aircraft assembly integration from design through production scale-up. The role requires deep aerospace structures, composites, metallic assembly, and prototype-to-production experience.

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on manufacturing equipment and power tools. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic control issues; conduct inspections, lubrication, alignment, repairs, and component replacement. Maintain service records, schedules, breakdown reports, spare parts, and safety requirements. Coordinate vendors for major repairs, calibration, and inspections while supporting production teams in minimizing downtime.

Develop aircraft flight-dynamics models, flight-control laws, and high-fidelity simulations for fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and hybrid platforms. Analyze stability, controllability, aerodynamic performance, and handling qualities; support flight testing and model tuning; simulate mission scenarios; and develop software-in-the-loop test facilities. Collaborate with aerodynamics, structures, and systems engineering teams while following safety-critical aerospace development and regulatory standards.

Provides shop-floor safety and logistical support by managing PPE and high-voltage safety kit inventory, maintaining safety registers, supporting emergency drills and training, documenting hazards during inspections, and coordinating vendor deliveries of safety equipment and emergency tools.

Develop and manage aircraft mass properties, center-of-gravity data, and static, dynamic, aerodynamic, and ground loads for an eVTOL aircraft. Coordinate with engineering, airworthiness, and flight-test teams to establish load cases, support certification, configure prototype ballast, and calculate weight and CG envelopes. Use CAD/PLM, FEA, simulation, and digital-twin tools while proposing weight-reduction strategies and improving mass and loads forecasting processes.

Supports corporate secretarial governance, board and general meetings, statutory filings, registers, restructuring compliance, commercial contract drafting and management, legal research, litigation monitoring, and intellectual property coordination. The role maintains patent and trademark dockets, coordinates with external counsel, conducts prior-art searches, and ensures compliance with Indian company and contract law.

Own systems engineering for eVTOL high-voltage battery packs, BMS hardware and software, DC-DC converters, and BTMS. Responsibilities include requirements capture and traceability, subsystem and aircraft-level integration, safety and hazard analyses, V&V planning, aerospace certification compliance, communications interfaces, grounding, and EMI/EMC mitigation. The role requires expertise in battery systems or electric powertrains and familiarity with DO-160, DO-254, ARP4754A, and ARP4761.

Design and assure the safety and airworthiness of flight control systems for an electric VTOL aircraft. Responsibilities include control-law development, trajectory optimization, flight-dynamics modeling, simulation, Fly-By-Wire and actuator-loop integration, flight testing, system identification, data analysis, safety-critical assessments, and troubleshooting. The engineer will coordinate with design teams to support DGCA type certification, design organization approval, ITSO authorization, and preparation of certification documentation while applying aerospace safety and software standards.

Develop and maintain nonlinear 6-DOF aircraft flight-dynamics and simulation models; conduct stability, control, performance, handling-quality, and flight-envelope analyses; support flight-control-law development, SIL/MIL/PIL/HIL simulations, flight testing, system identification, model validation, fault analysis, and certification documentation. Use MATLAB/Simulink, Python, and C/C++ to model aircraft systems and correlate simulations with test data.

Own the mechanical packaging, structural housing, and integration of high-voltage battery modules and electrical powertrain systems into eVTOL airframes. Design lightweight enclosures, mounts, brackets, and HV boxes using CATIA, apply GD&T and tolerance stack-ups, select materials and thermal interface solutions, and ensure manufacturability, electrical isolation, ingress protection, structural integrity, and certification readiness.

Leads manufacturing engineering for high-voltage battery modules and packs, including process design, DFA, DFM, PFMEA, laser welding qualification, fixtures, tooling, equipment procurement, process controls, and documentation. Collaborates with design, quality, suppliers, and production teams; leads POCs and DOEs; ensures safety and industrial-standard compliance; supports audits and trains production staff.

Develops and improves aerospace manufacturing processes for aircraft battery assemblies, electrical integration, and wire harnesses. Responsibilities include DFM/DFA support, routing strategies, tooling validation, SOP and manufacturing instruction creation, MBOM and quality documentation, shop-floor troubleshooting, harness testing, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement across prototype and serial production.

Coordinates aerospace R&D and engineering projects throughout the New Product Development lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, tracking schedules, coordinating multidisciplinary technical, financial, and regulatory teams, monitoring progress, reporting, managing NPD risks, improving project management processes, and implementing configuration management. Requires aerospace systems and design knowledge, familiarity with TRLs and project management tools, strong communication and organization skills, PMP certification, and 8–10 years of relevant experience.

Coordinates aerospace aircraft design and development projects throughout the new product development lifecycle. Responsibilities include project planning, documentation, multidisciplinary team coordination, schedule and risk tracking, management reporting, configuration management, procurement and supply chain coordination, and continuous improvement of project management processes. The role ensures complete, accurate documentation and alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Drive business development and commercialization opportunities for eVTOL aircraft across the Advanced Air Mobility ecosystem. Identify prospects, partners, technologies, customer use cases, and collaboration opportunities; build and manage a business pipeline; facilitate technical and commercial discussions; prepare proposals and business cases; conduct market research; and represent the company at customer meetings and industry events. Collaborate with engineering, certification, operations, and business teams to advance opportunities toward tangible outcomes.

Leads the aerospace Quality Management System under CAR 21 Subpart G and AS9100 requirements. Oversees regulatory compliance, production approvals, release certificates, audits, non-conformance and corrective actions, first article inspections, calibration, supplier quality, and special process validation. Serves as liaison with aviation authorities, manages DOA-POA interfaces and occurrence reporting, and integrates safety management principles. Builds and mentors the quality team while establishing quality metrics and executive reporting.
