Performs aircraft-level and system-level safety and hazard analyses, including FHA, FTA, and FMECA, while developing reliability models using RBDs and Markov analysis. Design and assure the safety and airworthiness of flight control systems for an electric VTOL aircraft. Responsibilities include control-law development, trajectory optimization, flight-dynamics modeling, simulation, Fly-By-Wire and actuator-loop integration, flight testing, system identification, data analysis, safety-critical assessments, and troubleshooting. Develops and improves aerospace manufacturing processes for aircraft battery assemblies, electrical integration, and wire harnesses. Responsibilities include DFM/DFA support, routing strategies, tooling validation, SOP and manufacturing instruction creation, MBOM and quality documentation, shop-floor troubleshooting, harness testing, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement across prototype and serial production.

Coordinates aerospace R&D and engineering projects throughout the New Product Development lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, tracking schedules, coordinating multidisciplinary technical, financial, and regulatory teams, monitoring progress, reporting, managing NPD risks, improving project management processes, and implementing configuration management. Requires aerospace systems and design knowledge, familiarity with TRLs and project management tools, strong communication and organization skills, PMP certification, and 8–10 years of relevant experience.

Drive business development and commercialization opportunities for eVTOL aircraft across the Advanced Air Mobility ecosystem. Identify prospects, partners, technologies, customer use cases, and collaboration opportunities; build and manage a business pipeline; facilitate technical and commercial discussions; prepare proposals and business cases; conduct market research; and represent the company at customer meetings and industry events. Collaborate with engineering, certification, operations, and business teams to advance opportunities toward tangible outcomes.

Leads the aerospace Quality Management System under CAR 21 Subpart G and AS9100 requirements. Oversees regulatory compliance, production approvals, release certificates, audits, non-conformance and corrective actions, first article inspections, calibration, supplier quality, and special process validation. Serves as liaison with aviation authorities, manages DOA-POA interfaces and occurrence reporting, and integrates safety management principles. Builds and mentors the quality team while establishing quality metrics and executive reporting.

Leads supplier qualification, technical and quality audits, APQP and PPAP/FAI activities for mechanical components. Reviews control plans, PFMEAs, inspection plans, drawings, GD&T, and supplier certifications. Resolves supplier defects through SCARs, root-cause analysis, and corrective action verification. Monitors supplier performance, supports manufacturability reviews, and performs incoming inspection using mechanical metrology equipment. Lead supplier qualification, quality audits, APQP, PPAP, FAI, component verification, and corrective action activities for mechanical and composite parts. Conduct incoming inspections, investigate defects using 8D and root-cause methods, monitor supplier performance, and collaborate with supply chain, sourcing, R&D, and design engineering. Travel typically ranges from 20% to 50%.

Designs and optimizes composite airframe sub-assembly and assembly manufacturing processes for eVTOL prototypes. Responsibilities include facility and equipment planning, composite bonding and fastening, tooling, work instructions, DFM/DFA, quality compliance, troubleshooting, repairs, NPI, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and production teams while supporting aerospace standards, cost analysis, project timelines, and process efficiency.

Create and refine high-quality Class A 3D surfaces for aircraft exteriors, interiors, and industrial products using Autodesk Alias. Translate sketches and clay models into manufacturable surfaces, resolve curvature and reflection issues, maintain continuity and surface integrity, and collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders through iterative reviews.

Provide end-to-end IT support, including employee device setup, software installation, operating system updates, asset tracking, troubleshooting, onboarding, and offboarding. Assist with on-premise server and HPC administration, monitor system health and storage, enforce security policies, and support audits and security reviews. Identify IT policy gaps and recommend improvements.

Lead development of multimodal demand models, network elasticity analyses, fleet simulations, and probabilistic forecasts for urban air mobility. Analyze market penetration, route demand, competitor pricing, and transportation market share to guide geographic go-to-market sequencing. Own code quality through reviews, unit testing, and documentation while overseeing complex optimization frameworks and collaborating across technical and strategy functions.

Lead the design and ownership of the company’s data infrastructure, including scalable streaming and batch pipelines, data lakes, warehouses, access layers, and research sandboxes. Establish data governance through lineage tracking, metadata management, integrity checks, security controls, and documentation. Support digital, commercial, and engineering teams while maintaining code quality through reviews and testing. Lead data engineering teams and manage complex, multi-source datasets and cloud infrastructure.
