Leads specialized technical and R&D recruitment, manages candidate pipelines, develops employee engagement initiatives, handles confidential grievances, maintains HRIS data integrity, and produces dashboards, headcount metrics, turnover analyses, and workforce reports for leadership.

Lead the company’s IT and information security foundation, including cloud and on-premises infrastructure, HPC systems, servers, endpoints, networking, remote access, backups, disaster recovery, security monitoring, compliance, Google Workspace, and IT support operations. Build scalable policies, systems, and processes from scratch while managing infrastructure performance, asset lifecycles, cybersecurity, and employee technical support.

Creates, edits, and maintains technical documentation for avionics, flight controls, and integrated aerospace systems. Responsibilities include authoring SOPs, manuals, test procedures, reports, specifications, and certification documentation; coordinating with engineering experts; enforcing documentation standards; and managing document versions, reviews, and archives. The role requires strong technical writing, engineering understanding, document-control skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, with aerospace standards and specialized authoring tools preferred.
