Leads eVTOL prototype manufacturing, process development, tooling, and full-aircraft assembly integration from design through production scale-up. Owns prototype build strategy, manufacturing documentation, DFMA, final assembly line planning, systems integration, quality compliance, FAI, non-conformance resolution, team leadership, supplier coordination, budgeting, and lean or digital manufacturing initiatives. The role requires deep aerospace structures, composites, metallic assembly, and prototype-to-production experience.

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on manufacturing equipment and power tools. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic control issues; conduct inspections, lubrication, alignment, repairs, and component replacement. Maintain service records, schedules, breakdown reports, spare parts, and safety requirements. Coordinate vendors for major repairs, calibration, and inspections while supporting production teams in minimizing downtime.

Develop aircraft flight-dynamics models, flight-control laws, and high-fidelity simulations for fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and hybrid platforms. Analyze stability, controllability, aerodynamic performance, and handling qualities; support flight testing and model tuning; simulate mission scenarios; and develop software-in-the-loop test facilities. Collaborate with aerodynamics, structures, and systems engineering teams while following safety-critical aerospace development and regulatory standards.
