Design, develop, test, and optimize real-time embedded firmware for autonomous UAV, UGV, and USV platforms. Responsibilities include low-level driver and middleware development, motor control, sensor and peripheral integration, communication protocols, board bring-up, hardware-software debugging, SIL/HIL validation, fault handling, CI/CD automation, and compliance with MISRA C. The engineer will collaborate across hardware, controls, AI, and systems teams while mentoring junior engineers.

Lead the architecture and delivery of cloud-native backend services, APIs, data pipelines, event-driven systems, and operator-facing applications for connected and IoT-adjacent products. Manage and mentor a small engineering team through planning, reviews, and technical decisions. Establish standards for testing, observability, releases, and reliability while collaborating with product, QA, DevOps, firmware, and hardware teams. Support production operations, incident analysis, architecture roadmaps, technical hiring, and platform improvements.

Leads strategic sourcing, supplier development, procurement operations, logistics, and purchase-to-pay activities for manufacturing and new product development. Manages supplier qualification, negotiations, performance, audits, localization, cost reduction, inventory, import/export compliance, and delivery execution. Leads sourcing, procurement, and logistics teams while tracking KPIs, budgets, risks, quality, and supplier performance. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance, and global supply chain stakeholders.
