Manages accounts payable, vendor invoices and payments, fixed asset accounting, reconciliations, tax compliance, employee reimbursements, audit support, month-end close activities, and financial reporting. Maintains accounting records, asset registers, audit schedules, AP dashboards, and bank reconciliations while coordinating with vendors, banks, consultants, compliance teams, and auditors.

Assist shareholders with buying and selling shares, answer inbound calls and emails, resolve customer queries, and escalate complex issues. Meet accuracy, quality, volume, and service-level targets while following regulatory, security, data protection, AML, and company procedures. The role also involves completing team workloads, identifying process improvements, working US shifts, and maintaining strong customer service standards.
