Coordinates cross-functional and multi-vendor teams, develops recovery plans and playbooks, supports emergency review boards, provides executive and customer updates, and presents technical recommendations. Requires extensive 5G Core, EPC, IMS, CNIS, and CCD expertise, strong communication skills, and shift flexibility.

Leads technical response to critical telecom network and product outages. Responsibilities include fault isolation, multidomain troubleshooting, recovery strategy execution, root-cause analysis, emergency status reporting, executive and customer communications, review boards, recovery playbooks, mentoring, and deployment support. Requires extensive telecom cloud, networking, virtualization, monitoring, and troubleshooting expertise, along with strong leadership, communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.

Integrate and migrate packet core network systems by preparing configurations and scripts, developing and executing test cases, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate OS, hardware, software, license, and configuration data. The role also involves project planning, service delivery, process adherence, stakeholder coordination, data security, and compliance with health, safety, legal, and financial requirements.
