Integrate, design and deploy 4G/5G packet core CNFs (HLD/DLD, integration, ISSU upgrades). Deploy on cloud platforms (NFVI/CNIS/OpenShift), troubleshoot, support data migration, mentor team members, and engage with customers on solutions and delivery.

Manage and implement telecommunications integration services, including solution design, product configuration, scripting, integration, upgrades, acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and customer handover. Support presales, define integration strategies, estimate project scope and delivery timelines, validate environments and configuration data, and drive process improvements. The role requires expertise in telecom protocols, cloud-native technologies, Linux, databases, containerization, scripting, and Ericsson subscriber-data products.

Provide senior technical support for 4G/5G IMS network functions, including monitoring, incident and problem management, troubleshooting, upgrades, and customer communication. Lead support activities, maintain high availability and performance, assist with cloud infrastructure upgrades, and participate in integration and testing. The role requires expertise in IMS, telecom core networks, 3GPP call flows, TCP/IP, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures, with participation in 24x7 emergency support.

Own customer service requests from contract validation through resolution, including emergency network restoration, SLA and KPI oversight, proactive fault prevention, data-driven support, and customer-network software implementations. Diagnose unsuccessful software loads, implement corrective actions, improve support processes, and build customer relationships through consultation, negotiation, knowledge sharing, and change management.

Deploy, configure, integrate, develop, and troubleshoot telecom mediation platforms across bare metal, virtualized, cloud, and container environments. Build mediation workflows for high-volume CDR processing, integrate with network and billing systems, develop automation and streaming apps (Kafka/Flink), perform data reconciliation, and leverage Gen-AI and scripting for productivity and solution development.

Design, test, automate and troubleshoot cloud-native product components within agile cross-functional teams. Ensure test coverage, participate in artifact reviews, document progress for stakeholders, and support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
