Lead global strategy consulting engagements for telecom operators, advising C-level stakeholders on growth, monetization, business models, and technology transformations across 5G, network slicing, private networks, telco cloud, OSS/BSS, AI, and IoT. Drive business development, develop market assessments and executive-ready recommendations, mentor consultants, and contribute thought leadership and reusable consulting assets.
