Designs, deploys, optimizes, audits, and troubleshoots large-scale IP, MPBN, and ISP networks. Responsibilities include routing and switching configuration, root-cause analysis, HLD/LLD preparation, KPI and SLA management, field testing, corrective actions, customer engagement, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires expertise with Cisco, Juniper, and Ericsson equipment, IP/MPLS technologies, routing protocols, and rotational night shifts. It also supports other engineers and may involve network automation and scripting.

Deploy, configure, integrate, develop, and troubleshoot telecom mediation platforms across bare metal, virtualized, cloud, and container environments. Build mediation workflows for high-volume CDR processing, integrate with network and billing systems, develop automation and streaming apps (Kafka/Flink), perform data reconciliation, and leverage Gen-AI and scripting for productivity and solution development.

Leads technical response to critical telecom network outages, including fault isolation, multidomain troubleshooting, recovery strategy execution, root-cause analysis, and service restoration. Coordinates cross-functional and multi-vendor teams, develops recovery plans and playbooks, supports emergency review boards, provides executive and customer updates, and presents technical recommendations. Requires extensive 5G Core, EPC, IMS, CNIS, and CCD expertise, strong communication skills, and shift flexibility.
