Processes sales orders, quotes, returns, repairs, exchanges, and delivery schedules. Communicates with customers and sales or service representatives through multiple channels, maintains return and service records, updates databases, tracks inventory and equipment status, resolves return credit issues, files service documentation, and may schedule field service calls.

Builds, deploys, monitors, troubleshoots, and optimizes Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services. Supports cloud migrations, integrations, disaster recovery, networking, storage, security, automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, PaaS, serverless technologies, API management, Azure SQL, and operating systems. Contributes to solution design, modernization, cost optimization, documentation, compliance, and cross-functional cloud adoption initiatives.

Provides administrative and clerical support for supply chain and procurement activities. Maintains purchasing records, invoices, purchase orders, logs, and computer-system information. Assists with order expediting, vendor price and delivery inquiries, commodity resources, requests for quotation, pricing revisions, cancellations, substitutions, delivery changes, and invoice discrepancies. Performs semi-routine tasks under general supervision and applies established procedures with occasional judgment.

Coordinate multi-country payroll processing across entities, pay cycles, and countries using Workday and Alight. Validate payroll inputs, deductions, tax data, banking files, and system interfaces; manage garnishments, reconciliations, payroll journals, accruals, funding, audits, compliance controls, and year-end activities. Partner with HR, Finance, banks, vendors, and third-party administrators to resolve errors, meet deadlines, maintain documentation, and support regulatory compliance.

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software and tools across platforms (OS, compilers, networks, databases, cloud). Influence hardware compatibility and solve diverse technical problems. Requires seasoned experience and strong software engineering fundamentals.

Conducts analyses of raw materials and products, compiles test data, calibrates equipment, and prepares reports while following established procedures.
