Handles customer interactions (phone, email, chat, social media) to process pre- and post-sales tasks: RMAs/returns, exchanges, repairs, sales orders, delivery schedules, and related documentation. Partner with internal stakeholders to define needs, monitor market trends, capture value, and manage a team of procurement professionals to meet schedules and goals.

Conducts analyses of raw materials and products, compiles test data, calibrates equipment, and prepares reports while following established procedures.

Manage global spare parts lifecycle for automated welding and cutting equipment: identify parts from drawings/BOMs, update PLM/ERP, set up items, forecast and optimize inventory, handle supplier quotes and complaints, support NPI serviceability and pricing, create SQL/Python reports, and drive spare-parts profitability improvements.
