Handles customer interactions (phone, email, chat, social media) to process pre- and post-sales tasks: RMAs/returns, exchanges, repairs, sales orders, delivery schedules, and related documentation. Updates databases, maintains records of returns/inventory/pricing, may schedule field service, and resolves credit/return issues. Requires basic job knowledge and general supervision.

Develops and implements long-term supply chain strategies and network designs; supports launches, promotions, and forecast coordination; monitors S&OP KPIs and cost-to-serve; coordinates cross-functional teams to improve supply chain effectiveness. Works on moderate-scope problems and typically requires a degree and at least 2 years' experience.

Provide accurate payroll services for US and Canada clients including payroll processing, direct deposit, online pay statements, validating time and attendance data, resolving pay issues, and standardizing payroll procedures.
