Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure managed services and transformation programs across cloud, data center, network, security, workplace and platform operations. Duties include SQL optimization, building scalable big-data architectures (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop), implementing data security, performing root-cause analysis on large/unstructured datasets, and supporting cross-functional teams using cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse).

Design, implement, and manage Azure-based CI/CD pipelines and IaC. Automate builds, deployments, and infrastructure provisioning. Manage Azure infrastructure (App Services, AKS, VMs, Storage), integrate testing and security scans, enforce Git branching strategies, troubleshoot releases/environments, and monitor system reliability and scalability.

Design and oversee Oracle SCM (EBS & Fusion) architectures, translate business requirements, lead design and integration, guide configuration and data migration, ensure compliance and scalability, and drive process improvements and automation.

Lead design, development, and support of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud across Oracle Fusion SaaS and external systems. Build REST/SOAP integrations, implement error handling and security, tune performance, support quarterly cloud releases, mentor junior developers, produce design documents, and collaborate with stakeholders on data mapping and interface contracts.

Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). Build reusable components and Power Fx logic, configure Microsoft Dataverse, integrate with Azure and third-party APIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Lead Oracle SCM functional activities including implementing and supporting Oracle EBS/Fusion SCM modules. Triage and resolve user issues, coordinate with offshore teams, provide subject matter expertise in PO, OM, Inventory and discrete manufacturing, engage stakeholders, evaluate market opportunities, and support cross‑timezone collaboration. Must be ready to travel or relocate and communicate effectively.

Design, implement, and maintain Azure-based DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Automate infrastructure provisioning (IaC), monitor performance, ensure security/compliance, support troubleshooting, and provide documentation and training to teams.

Provide first-line monitoring, alert handling, initial triage, basic troubleshooting, and user support for business-critical applications. Execute scripts, monitor batch jobs, log incidents in ServiceNow, follow runbooks/SOPs, and escalate to L2/L3 with diagnostic context while contributing to documentation and KB updates.

Design, develop, prototype, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models. Collaborate with data engineers and product stakeholders to build production AI pipelines and refine model performance. Maintain deployments and iterate on algorithms to enhance functionality.
