Develop and support scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lake solutions. Designs, engineers, and architects enterprise and hybrid-cloud networks. Responsibilities include routing and switching, firewalls, wireless, VPNs, load balancing, SDN, network diagnostics, security, and cloud connectivity across AWS and Azure. The role requires advanced TCP/IP, Cisco, routing protocol, and network architecture expertise, with scripting, automation, and relevant Cisco certifications preferred.

Provide L2 application and production support for legacy Java-based applications. Troubleshoot incidents, manage production issues, perform automation and scripting using Python or C#, understand application workflows and architecture, and work independently. Use monitoring tools such as Grafana and Splunk to investigate application behavior and integrations. Strong communication skills are required.

Leads quality assurance for enterprise BI solutions, testing Tableau dashboards, SSRS reports, SSIS packages, ETL workflows, data pipelines, and reporting architectures. Validates data accuracy, integrity, reconciliation, and business requirements using advanced SQL. Defines testing strategies, standards, quality metrics, and release-readiness criteria while managing testing across Agile BI projects. Performs root-cause analysis, coordinates with technical and business stakeholders, improves QA processes, and coaches high-performing teams.

Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure managed services and transformation programs across cloud, data center, network, security, workplace and platform operations. Ensure SLA/KPI adherence, ITIL-based service management, incident/problem/change processes, delivery governance, P&L ownership, client executive engagement, practice development, innovation, automation, and support for pre-sales and contract negotiations.

Design, implement, and manage Azure-based CI/CD pipelines and IaC. Automate builds, deployments, and infrastructure provisioning. Manage Azure infrastructure (App Services, AKS, VMs, Storage), integrate testing and security scans, enforce Git branching strategies, troubleshoot releases/environments, and monitor system reliability and scalability.

Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). Build reusable components and Power Fx logic, configure Microsoft Dataverse, integrate with Azure and third-party APIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
