Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure managed services and transformation programs across cloud, data center, network, security, workplace and platform operations. Ensure SLA/KPI adherence, ITIL-based service management, incident/problem/change processes, delivery governance, P&L ownership, client executive engagement, practice development, innovation, automation, and support for pre-sales and contract negotiations.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications and RESTful APIs using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. Build responsive front ends with JavaScript/jQuery/Bootstrap, implement CI/CD with Azure DevOps, deploy to Azure, enforce security best practices (OAuth/OpenID, RBAC, OWASP), troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate across teams.

Design, build, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines and warehouse schemas; implement data security, storage and processing optimizations; deliver cloud data solutions and production ML deployments; develop and tune complex SQL; lead cross-functional efforts and engage stakeholders. Domain expertise in supply chain and manufacturing data is required.
