Produces planning reports, coordinates shortage resolution with buying teams, manages excess and obsolete inventory, and develops achievable loading schedules. The role also supports NPI customers, communicates material status, and applies MPS, MRP, demand planning, and production planning processes.

Supports engineering change management and new product introduction activities in a manufacturing environment. Creates part numbers, BOMs, AVLs, and engineering change orders using PLM systems; releases documentation and part lists to production; reviews drawings and ECOs; coordinates with process, product engineering, materials, customers, and business partners; tracks changes across global manufacturing sites; and ensures process metrics and communication standards are met.

Maintains supplier, logistics, part number, and master data records across business systems. Reviews documentation, updates databases, identifies data mismatches and compliance issues, tracks supplier scorecards, manages customs records, and prepares reports on liability, commodity risks, logistics performance, cost savings, and avoidance.
