Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Analyst Accounts Payable in Chennai
What a typical day looks like:
· Process invoices as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets.
· Resolve discrepant invoices as per the standard operating procedures.
· Reporting activities - Generate and update the AP.
· Passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team
· Perform quality Check Select Invoices for payment and release as per the standard operating procedures .
· Create / Update Vendor Master records based on Standard operation procedures.
· Must provide Innovative ideas to improve process
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
· B.com / BBA(Finance) / M.Com / MBA(Finance).
· Good understanding on MS applications.
· 0-1 Year Exp in Accounting /AP Domain
· Good knowledge of accounting principles.
· Good written/oral communication skills in English
· Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
· Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
· Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
