Supports supplier quality, manufacturing process capability, new product launches, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. The role applies APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Lean, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and data analytics to improve product quality and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include supplier assessments, inspection documentation, first article validation, cost recovery coordination, KPI reporting, engineering change support, and cross-functional project participation.

Supports software development, automation, analytics, AI, cloud, application development, and digital transformation initiatives. Analyzes business problems, proposes technology-enabled solutions, improves processes, and collaborates with global stakeholders. The role includes project-based learning, hackathons, workshops, and practical use of AI tools for coding, research, productivity, and problem-solving.

Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for data warehouses and system integrations. Analyze source systems, design extraction logic, build Informatica mappings and workflows, optimize SQL queries, and perform data validation and testing. Create automation scripts using Unix Shell and Python, document technical designs, conduct proof-of-concepts, and investigate pipeline issues. The role also involves working with databases, cloud integration tools, change-data-capture environments, and mentoring team members.
