Lead debug engineering and shift operations: prepare daily/weekly/monthly failure analysis reports for cross-functional teams, use test instruments and debug tools, support NPI products, liaise with ODM/customers to root-cause failures, and drive team performance.

Support materials planning for assigned projects: manage shortages, inventory, work orders, MRB/DR, excess/obsolete submissions, coordinate with buyers and suppliers, run Kinaxis simulations, and ensure materials procedures and master scheduling to meet customer schedules.

Perform failure analysis and debugging for NPI and production products; prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports; use test instruments (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, GSM testers, X-ray, etc.); identify root causes, verify waveforms/signals/timing; lead shift operations and team; present findings and drive corrective actions.
