Manage vendor‑managed inventory at third‑party hubs, create sales and purchase orders, reconcile inventory vs. financial records, report sales and inventory weekly, reduce ageing, and maintain accuracy. Use ERP and Excel, apply accounting principles, and meet strict deadlines while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Lead design, development, customization, and integration of Ivalua Source-to-Pay modules. Architect solutions, implement complex customizations, manage upgrades/releases, troubleshoot production issues, mentor developers, ensure performance, security, and compliance, and maintain technical documentation.

Manage daily cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and monitor collections and payments. Coordinate with AR/AP/payroll, support audits, analyze cash flow trends and variances, prepare FX exposure and KPI/MIS reports, generate dashboards, consolidate data, and ensure accurate, timely reporting for management.
